Prepares, assesses and negotiates all legal documentation necessary to the complete transactions and their goals; the documentation includes documents parties exchange prior to signing binding documentation (offer letters, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, etc), the actual transfer contract, all corporate documents necessary to complete transformations, the necessary agreement of company meetings, partners or authorised representatives and supervisory boards with the transaction or with individual steps contained within the transaction, legal documentation for securing financing and so on.
