RANDA HAVEL LEGAL provided legal services in connection with acquisition of KLIMA a.s.
RANDA HAVEL LEGAL, under the leadership of Alois Šatava and Michal Pálinkás, represented the shareholders of the company KLIMA a.s. during the sale to the strategic investor.
The company KLIMA a.s. is a leading Czech producer and supplier of airventilation equipment for industrial purposes in particular the energy sector, metallurgical production, petrochemistry, production of constructionmaterials, engineering, the ecological industry and agriculture.
