A team from RANDA HAVEL LEGAL, under the leadership of Iva Javorská and Matyáš Kužela, represented Adexpres.com, s.r.o. in connection with its acquisition of the agency INBORN, s.r.o. As a result of the merger, Adexpres took over INBORN’s clients and agency team and significantly strengthened its position in the field of performance marketing.
Adexpres Group is a major digital media agency serving clients throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to Adexpres.com, s.r.o., Adexpres Group consists of Prague Bistro Digital s.r.o., Mobile Internet s.r.o. and Bistro Social s.r.o. INBORN agency, which was established in 2010, comprised 15 SEM specialists and account managers, with over CZK 100 million a year of managed online media. With the acquisition, Adexpres now has a network of more than 40 performance advertising specialists and increased its managed volume of online media to CZK 600 crowns annually.
