ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL represents EKOL stakeholders in sale

ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL represented the stakeholders of EKOL, a leading Czech manufacturer of turbines with sales in the last year of 1.5 billion CZK, in connection with sale of a majority share in the company and an agreement on strategic cooperation with the Chinese engineering firm Xi'An Shaangu Power.

Xi'An ShaanGu Power is China's largest manufacturer of industrial compressors and one of the largest Chinese companies focused on supplying the power, metallurgical and petrochemical industries. This is the first time a Chinese publicly-traded company has bought a Czech company.
