The law firm ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL represented Seznam.cz a.s., Czech internet market leader, during an acquisition of the company GLOBAL INSPIRATION, s.r.o., which operates the well known web video portal www.stream.cz.
Stream.cz is the fifth most viewed Czech internet server, making the acquisition one of the largest transactions on the Czech internet market in recent years.
