• Prepares all contractual documentation in the area of copyright law, including licensing agreements and contracts on the creation and maintenance of software products and implementing information systems (including integrated company management systems); in the case of  software products we place an emphasis on securing the client’s independence so that the client is not dependent on the creators of the software after the product is completed and does not become a “hostage” to the owner of the software’s copyright and is able to use the product and develop it cost-effectively according to the client’s needs;

• Secures protection of rights to trade secrets and know-how, including preparation of company guidelines to protect trade secrets and know-how and creating associated standard contractual documentation used to protect intellectual property in relation to third parties;

• Provides comprehensive legal services in regards to registering and entering patents, utility models and industrial designs, trademarks and topographies of semiconductor products in the appropriate registers in the Czech Republic and abroad;

• Represents clients in legal disputes concerning breaches of  intellectual property rights, including disputes about unfair competition;

• Proposes structures of transactions to transfer brands and the comprehensive realisation thereof from a legal point of view.
