Martin Halaj graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen with a Master of Laws degree in2013. In 2011 and 2013 he studied at the Law Faculty at the Passau University in Germany where he focussed on German and European Law. Martin Halaj speaks fluent German and English.
