JUDr. Daniel Marian, LL.M. works at act Řanda Havel Legal as a senior associate.

Daniel Marian graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in 2017 and subsequently obtained his LL.M. degree in Globalisation and Law at the Faculty of Law of Maastricht University. In 2019, he passed the state doctorate exam at the Law Faculty of Charles University and received his Doctor of Law degree. As of 2021, Daniel is a doctoral student at the Civil Law Department of the Law Faculty of Charles University. His dissertation research is focused on restructuring and insolvency law. Daniel speaks fluent English.
