RANDA HAVEL LEGAL provided legal services in connection with the acquisition of Adexpres Group
A team from RANDA HAVEL LEGAL under the leadership of Iva Javorská and Matyáš Kužela represented Mr. Jan Galgonek, in connection with the consolidation and subsequent sale of Adexpres Group to the multinational media agency Dentsu Aegis Network. The sale was completed on March 3, 2016.
